SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Do you have hidden treasures in your attic? Free appraisals are being offered Saturday, May 14 at the Scarsdale Library.

Helaine Fendelman, a nationally recognized authority on the arts, antiques and collectibles will provide the appraisals from 1 to 3 p.m.

The limit is two items per individual.

Fendelman is a certified member of the Appraisers Association of America and author of 14 books.

She is a specialist in American folk art, American decorative arts and furniture, and a generalist in household appraisals. Fendelman will be joined by Sheri Mason, a personal property appraiser.
