Guided Chaos (GC) is a revolutionary personal self-defense system for average people created by former forensic crime scene expert John Perkins, combining aspects of Combat Tai Chi, World War II CQC and Modified Native American Groundfighting.

GC works on 3 levels:

1. Teaches simple, effective, personal protection methods that can be mastered in just weeks with diligent training.

2. Teaches advanced methods that can take you to the highest levels of self-defense in the shortest time (beginners or experts.)

3. Special "Combat Conditioning" classes that train Balance, Body Unity, Looseness, Sensitivity, Adaptivity, coordination and power, all in a self-defense context and for people in any physical condition or skill level.
