17-Year-Old Charged With Assaulting Co-Worker At Dunkin' Donuts In Yorktown

YOKRTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A dispute between two co-workers at the Dunkin' Donuts on Crompond Road in Yorktown has led to the arrest of one for attempting to assault the other, according to the Yorktown Police.

A 17-year-old teen was charged with attempted assault of a co-worker at the Yorktown Dunkin' Donuts.

The 17-year-old employee was charged with attempted assault following an investigation into a complaint from the victim that the teen had attempted to assault them, police said. 

The teen voluntarily turned himself into police on Thursday, Sept. 22. He was processed on the charge and then released on his own recognizance. A protective order was issued to the victim. 

The teen is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.
