Combining the talents of professional, amateur and outstanding student musicians, the Westchester Band is presenting a series of concerts Thursday evenings throughout the month of July and also on Aug. 6.
The music ranges from pop to opera, with portions of light classics, show tunes, jazz, marches, dixie and big band sounds.
Concert audiences are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic dinners. In the event of rain, performances will tentatively be moved to the Scarsdale High School Auditorium located on Brewster Road.
