On Friday, March 18, detectives from the Ocean County Narcotics Strike Force, Ocean County Regional SWAT Team, Seaside Heights Police Department Detective Bureau, Seaside Heights Police Department Patrol Division, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, made a warranted search on the residence, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

Detectives seized 20 grams of cocaine powder, 20 grams of crack cocaine, a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun, a conducted energy device, and a digital scale, Billhimer said.

Bryant and Pringle were subsequently arrested at the residence.

In furtherance of the investigation, a search of a nearby residence was conducted. As a result, detectives seized a semi-automatic handgun with a loaded 30 round magazine. Additional charges are forthcoming as a result of this search, Billhimer said.

Bryant, Jr., 22, of Seaside Heights, was charged with multiple drug and weapons offenses.

Additionally, Bryant was found to have two outstanding arrest warrants for aggravated assault with a weapon in connection with an unrelated incident that occurred in Seaside Heights in March 2021.

Bryant was being held in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.

Pringle, 18, of Seaside Heights, was charged with several drug and weapons offenses. She was charged on a summons and released pending a further court appearance, the prosecutor said.
