Greenburgh Nature Center Features Scarecrows, Pumpkins

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Greenburgh Nature Center will hold a Scarecrows and Pumpkins Parade for young children from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Families can follow friendly scarecrows on the pumpkin trail and participate in an educational scavenger hunt. Visitors are invited to come in costume and enjoy cider, treats and more. Food from California Pizza Kitchen will be available for purchase.

The fee if pre-registered by Saturday is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers. The fee day on the day of the event is $8 for members $8 and $15 for non-members. Children younger than 2 are always admitted free.
