Rotshteyn, along with guest artist Elke Velazquez, on the piano, will perform “La vie en France” – a program of works by French composers and compositions inspired by French composers written for two pianos.
Rotshteyn is a winner of the National Young Pianist Competition, the World Piano Competition, and Leschetizky Society competition. She has appeared at many venues in Russia and the United States including Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and New York’s and New Jersey's Steinway Halls. She holds degrees from Mannes College of Music in piano performance and composition, as well as a degree in music education from Queens College, CUNY.
As a composer, she has had works commissioned and performed by the Mannes Orchestra and numerous other chamber ensembles. She is a member of the faculty at Port Jefferson Music Academy, School for Strings, Hoff-Barthelson Music School and is an adjunct professor at BMCC, CUNY. Hoff-Barthelson Music School
