The Norwalk Post 12 American Legion baseball team rolled to its seventh straight victory Wednesday night with an 11-0 victory over Wilton at Malmquist Field. Norwalk improved to 13-1 on the season.
Todd Lyons struck out eight and pitched a complete-game three-hitter to lead Norwalk. Spencer Jacoby and Bryan Daniello had two hits each and scored a pair of runs for Norwalk. The winners scored five runs in the third inning to take control of the game.
Norwalk travels to meet Stamford at Cubeta Stadum tonight at 5:30. The teams also meet Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at Malmquist.
