Yorktown Resident: Siegel Deserves to be Re-Elected

This letter was written in its entirety by Yorktown resident, George Lewis. 

To the Editor,I urge all my fellow Yorktown Republicans to support Susan Siegel for Town Supervisor in the September 13th primary.  As a former department head and 33 year town employee, I know firsthand what it takes to run this town efficiently. Susan has done an outstanding job as Supervisor. She deserves to be re-elected.Susan's sincere and hard-working, and she does not make decisions based on political gain. She's genuinely committed to doing what is best for all Yorktown residents, even when it means standing up to special interest groups.The recent State audit report made it painfully clear -- we cannot afford to return to the way things used to be done. And I believe Susan is the strongest candidate to defeat Don Peters (again) in the November election.George LewisLifelong Republican
