NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Two African American men attempted to rob a New Rochelle resident early Monday morning in a downtown parking garage, according to police.
The 30 year-old victim was approached by the two men, dressed in all-black clothing, when in his 2011 Jaguar on the fifth floor of the Avalon on the Sound parking garage, 255 Huguenot St., police said.
The two men immediately left the area when another driver passed by. The New Rochelle Police Department is still investigating the incident.
