Ambler Farm Dinner Menu Announced

Few local menus in recent memory have been as anticipated as Chef Tim LaBant’s for his Ambler Farm dinner. The wait is over; the menu has been released. Chef LaBant’s day job, of course, is at The Schoolhouse in Wilton. But on Sept. 10, he will prepare a three course harvest feast, featuring fresh produce from Ambler Farm.

What’s on the menu?

After you enjoy cocktails on arrival, you can settle into a family-style table and sample roasted multicolored Ambler peppers and eggplant with ricotta with grilled Wave Hill toast. The salad course features assorted Ambler Farm tomatoes with cornbread, crème fraiche and grilled green onions. But the main course of slow roasted Berkshire pork shoulder, summer succotash and confit potatoes are poised to steal the show. Make sure you leave room for the pumpkin fritters with cider caramel and concord grape frozen yogurt.

Hungry? $250 buys you a seat at this decidedly delicious table. Get your tickets here.
