What's Happening This Week in Sleepy Hollow

 

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – Here's a look at events in Sleepy Hollow this week:

 

• Parents at Washington Irving Intermediate School will meet to discuss New York State math testing on Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

 

• The Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at village hall. The agenda for this meeting has not yet been posted.

 

• Warner Library will screen the fourth movie in the Twilight saga: “Breaking Dawn: Part One” at 5 p.m. on Monday. The movie is rated PG-13.

 

• Free tax assistance will be given to patrons at Warner Library by AARP on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

 

• A public hearing on the proposed Tappan Zee Bridge project will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Palisades Center in West Nyack.

 

• Warner Library will continue its job search workshop on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

 

• Warner Library will present Leap Day Math Games on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. for kids in grades one through six. 

 

• A public hearing on the proposed Tappan Zee Bridge project will be held on Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown.

 

• “Margin Call” will be screened at Warner Library at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

 

• A parent information meeting for incoming kindergarten students will take place at John Paulding School at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
