Reginald Carter, 48, was arrested and charged with reckless driving just after 8 a.m. in Salem, New Hampshire, New Hampshire State Police said.

Troopers were conducting a traffic enforcement operation from an aircraft when they spotted Carter driving 128 mph on the interstate. He wasn't the only one, however. Seven other drivers were clocked at speeds more than 100 MPH, and 21 others were seen going above 90 mph.

Troopers said the enforcement operation was because of multiple reports of excessive speeding and erratic driving along that stretch of the highway.
