Gina Flannelly Baltimore Pursuit Arrest

A 44-year-old woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a hit-and-run crash and then fled the scene then led a slow-speed pursuit in Baltimore County.

Gina Flannelly was involved in the crash in Dundalk around 4:10 p.m. Thursday, April 11, county police said. Officers followed her vehicle until it reached Baltimore City at which point they coordinated with BPD to arrest Flannelly, police said.

Flanelly was arrested by the Baltimore Police Department with help from Sky Chopper 11. Flannelly was charged with unlawful theft of a motor vehicle, failure to obey a lawful order, and other traffic-related charges.
