SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Clinical psychologist Ilana Rosenberg will lead a "Secrets to Balancing Work, Life and Family Using Mindfulness" workshop at Scarsdale Public Library on Friday at 10 a.m. and May 27 at 7:30 p.m.
During the workshop, Rosenberg will share techniques on balancing life, work and family and how to use mindfulness to endure the daily challenges of life. The workshop will instruct on how to use the mindfulness practice to deal with negative thoughts and achieve a sense of balance in life.
Rosenberg attended the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center when living in Boston and completed a post doctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center at Harvard Medical School.
