The library is at 100 Martine Avenue, White Plains.

This year the forum is being co-sponsored by the White Plains Public Library, The White Plains Council of Neighborhood Associations and the NAACP/Greenburgh/White Plains.

Issues such as redistricting, education, immigration, economic development and the French-American School of New York (FASNY) project are of interest to voters this year.

The forum will give voters the opportunity to hear candidates for State Assembly, State Senate and for White Plains Common Council present their views on these and other issues and will give audience members a chance to ask questions of candidates, submitted in writing, about other issues which concern them.

Elections for the state Senate district and White Plains Common Council are contested, but the Assembly district race is uncontested this year.
