Music, Crafts Highlight Children's Programs At Scarsdale Library

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Scarsdale Library will offer music, crafts and more for children during the week of June 22.

Make it Monday kicks off the week on Monday, at 4 p.m., with an advanced craft program for children ages seven and up. Registration is required at  www.scarsdalelibrary.org

Library Playdate, a time for free play for children ages two to five, will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. 

At 4 p.m. the weekly Traditional Tuesday Storytime will feature stories and rhymes designed specifically for ages three and one-half to five.

Chi-Chi Bestmann brings her viola and violin for another performance of Petite Concerts on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., for preschool children. 

There will be a kickoff to the Summer Reading Game on Friday, June 26. There are two sessions; the first will be at 11 a.m. and the second will be at 2 p.m., featuring The National Circus. Tickets are available in the library’s Children’s Room.
