SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The New York Hoff-Barthelson Music School will kick off its 2015-2016 Master Class series with a world-renowned cellist.
Pamela Devenport, author of "Cellostart," has utilized her experience and expertise to guide hundreds of musicians; she is a respected Suzuki cello workshop and institute teacher.
Devenport, who will be making her seventh appearance at the Hoff-Barthelson, will begin her lesson at the music school at 25 School Lane, at 2 p.m. Dec. 12. She will continue teaching the cello students for eight additional classes - the first of the 2015-16 season. The public is welcome to attend the Master Class series for free.
