Night Of Rock Features Scarsdale Performers Past And Present

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Scarsdale students present and past will rock to raise to money for The Center@862 at the seventh-annual Night of Rock May 4.

Last year’s event raised about $8,000 and featured several bands with ties to Scarsdale. This year’s talent pool includes 20 Questions, a Scarsdale Middle School band, For Good Measure, Scarsdale High School’s a cappella group and The Offbeats, a band of Scarsdale High School rockers from the late 1960s and 1970s.

Jimmy Fink of 107.1 The Peak will again host the event, to be held at Rudy’s in Hartsdale. There will be a 50/50 raffle and commemorative Night of Rock tee shirts at the event, in addition to chicken wings and non-alcoholic drinks for Night of Rock guests.

Tickets for the event are $45 online and $55 at the door. Student tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door.

The Night of Rock kicks off at 7 p.m. at Rudy's on 156 South Central Ave. in Hartsdale.
