'Not Your Kids Book Club' To Discuss The Outsiders

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Scarsdale Public Library's Not Your Kids Book Club for Adults will discuss S.E. Hutton's "The Outsiders" on Aug. 3 at 1 p.m.

"The Outsiders" follows a boy on the outskirts of society in a story of friendship and belonging.

Scarsdale resident Sheela Chari leads the club. Chari's debut children's novel "Vanished" was nominated for an Edgar Award, featured on "The Today Show" with Al's Book Club for Kids and was a 2012 APALA Children's Literature honor book.
