NYC Ballet Dancer To Teach At JCC Of Mid-Westchester

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- New York City Ballet principal Daniel Ulbricht is set to teach an intermediate-level master class at JCC Dance School in Scarsdale.

Ulbricht will teach the class with pianist Miles Fusco at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 26 at the JCC Dance School. The JCC of Mid-Westchester Dance School offers master classes from professionals each December. The Dec. 26 class will mark Ulbricht’s fourth year teaching the JCC’s Holiday Master Class.

Ulbricht is the Artistic Advisor of Manhattan Youth Ballet, serves as a consultant to a number of schools and is a guest teacher at the School of American Ballet, Ballet Academy East, as well as teaching at a number of well-known national dance schools, private schools and universities. 

The JCC Dance School is "one of Westchester’s most respected dance programs" and "provides all levels of training by professional faculty for pre-school, teen and adult dancers," representatives said in a press release. 

This special program is sponsored in part by the Grueskin Family Dance Education Fund.
