Scarsdale Library Keeps Kids Busy In Last Week Of February

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Scarsdale Library will host a series of events geared toward  keeping children busy during the last week of February.

On Monday, Feb. 24 at 4 p.m., children in grades two and up can show their creative skills at "Take It 2Make It" and have fun using duct tape to create sculptures, bracelets, decorate notebooks or other items.

On Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m., Nancie Schur brings her monthly program of puppets and traditional and original songs for the enjoyment of toddlers ages 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 and caregivers. The program uses puppets and songs, both traditional and original, for the enjoyment of both the children and caregivers.

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, the featured event will be Chi-Chi Bestman and her popular violin and viola program for pre-school children.
