Scarsdale Library Screens Healthy Eating Film 'Forks Over Knives'

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Scarsdale Public Library will screen a film that explores changing from animal to plant-based diets on Nov. 7.

"Forks Over Knives" examines the notion that diseases like cancer and diabetes can be controlled or reversed by abstaining from animal-based and processed foods. 

Local plant-based nutrition coach and health educator Ronna Corlin will lead a discussion and Q&A following the film. 

The screening begins at 2 p.m. Refreshments and snacks will be served.
