It's no secret that firefighters are among the best cooks in town -- but their recipes and the techniques that they use are a mystery to most. Now Scarsdale's firefighters share their favorite meals with the community.
Come hear them speak, sample their food and learn about the volunteer cooking that they do for the families of critically ill and traumatically injured children as part of the Meals That Heal Program at the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley.
The event runs from 2-3:30 p.m. in the Scott Room of the library at 54 Olmsted Road. To register, click here.
