Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m.

The Ivy League of Comedy is coming right to Scarsdale Synagogue. From theaters to corporate events to fundraising shows for Jewish organizations, The Ivy League of Comedy brings stand-up some of comedy’s funniest and brightest.

Scarsdale native Shaun Eli Breidbart has been called one of America's smartest comics. Whether it's a story about dining with a vegetarian or successfully fighting a parking ticket, master storyteller Breidbart shows there's hilarity in the ordinary if you approach life with a comedic warp.

Joe DeVito has the power to start fires using his mind, and he also does stand-up comedy. Whether taking on relationships, his Italian-American family or current events, DeVito's dead-on timing, unexpected twists and sheer flights of lunacy make him a favorite at clubs and colleges across the U.S. and at the top venues in New York City.

DeVito's TV appearances include "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on CBS, Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham" and a semifinalist turn on season five of NBC's "Last Comic Standing."

Tickets are $54 per person; $60 at the door; group rates are available. Dessert, beer and wine are included. A portion of the proceeds will go to a charitable cause. RSVP to brotherhood@sstte.org or call 914-752-5175.
