SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Westchester Reform Temple Early Childhood Center and Religious School will host a ceremonial lighting of a new 10-foot tall Hanukkiyah (eight branched menorah for Hanukkah) on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 5:15 p.m.
The new Hanukkiyah is designed after the original sanctuary menorah which was installed in the original building in 1958. It is intended to tie together the 61 year history of Westchester Reform Temple with its youngest participants.
Traditional music and foods will accompany the brief lighting ceremony.
