Sidewalk Sale Set To Return To Scarsdale Streets Next Month

SCARSDALE, N.Y. - The streets of Scarsdale will soon be lined with tables, goods and special sales as local shops gear up for the Chamber of Commerce’s annual Sidewalk Sale.

The Chamber of Commerce is looking for vendors and merchants interested in selling their wares during the annual event, which features sales and discounts that are not offered during the rest of the year.

The three day event will kick off at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 28 and extend through 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 30. More than 30 retailers - all members of the Chamber - are expected to participate in this year’s sale. There will also be refreshments and samples provided by local vendors and restaurants to keep shoppers satiated during their spree.

On Saturday, there will be music provided by JD Sounds Entertainment, with “Balloon Fun with Scott Kazan” in the afternoon. There will also be a special wildlife presentation hosted by the Greenburgh Nature Center.

Throughout the sale, there will be metered parking available in the Christie Place Garage and on village streets. On Saturday, the two lower levels of the garage will provide free parking.
