Superhero Scavenger Hunt, Crafts Highlight Scarsdale Library Activities

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The Scarsdale Library will feature several upcoming events for children including crafts, a superhero scavenger hunt and more.

On Tuesday, July 7, at 10:30 a.m., children ages 2 to 5 can enjoy short films based on children's picture books, followed by coloring at Toddler Morning Movies.

Jason Edwards will lead children in grades one and up in a Superhero Quest Scavenger Hunt on Wednesday, July 8, at 7 p.m. Registration is required at the library website, www.scarsdalelibrary.org.

On Thursday, July 9 at 4 p.m., children ages 3 1/2 to 7 are invited to Drop-in-Crafts. Each session has a theme, such as creating animals, using paper, paint, and markers.

Baby Free Play will give pre-walkers a chance to free play and socialize on Friday, July 10 at 9 a.m.
