Monday, Dec. 10

Mommy and Me Yoga: 10:30 a.m. A yoga practice for moms and their pre-crawling infants that addresses the needs of a new mom's body, mind and spirit. Moms can rebuild strength, flexibility and regain tone in the abdominal area. Exercises in breathing and relaxation techniques. 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Hanukkah Party: 4:30 p.m. The Bronxville Women’s Club will host a celebration. 135 Midland Ave., Bronxville.

Author Reading: 6 p.m. English writer Geoff Dyer will be visiting Sarah Lawrence College to discuss his work in the Slonim Living Room. 1 Mead Way, Bronxville.

Jazz Concert: 7:30 p.m. Student instrumentalists will perform music from the Performance Workshop, Jazz Colloquium and Matt Wilson’s jazz class. Sarah Lawrence College, 1 Mead Way, Bronxville.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

Holiday Concert: 10:30 a.m. Kurt Gallagher will perform a children’s concert featuring songs of the holiday season. 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Author Visit: 7:30 p.m. Author Eleanor Ehrenkranz will discuss her latest book, “Explaining Life – the Wisdom of Modern Jewish Poetry.” 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Board of Trustees: 8 p.m. The Village Board will hold its first meeting of the month at Village Hall. 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale.

Wednesday, Dec. 12

Tree Trimming Party: 6:30 p.m. The New Image Laser and Med Spa is hosting its first annual tree trimming party. Bring an ornament to hang on the holiday tree. Drinks and treats will be offered. 132 Fisher Ave., Eastchester.

Night of the Blues: 7 p.m. Thirty solo vocalists will perform their favorite blues standards in the Marshall Field Room at Sarah Lawrence College. 1 Mead Way, Bronxville.
