Art show: 1 p.m. Evolution Arts will host free exhibits from emerging artists from Yonkers and the rest of Westchester County. There will be music and entertainment at the Waterfront Esplande. 2 Water Grant St., Yonkers.
Documentary: 2 p.m. The Scarsdale Public Library will screen Education Under Fire, presented by the BahaI Community of Scarsdale.
Window painting and costume parade: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The annual Halloween Window Painting Contest will see Scarsdale windows transformed for Halloween. There will be a parade for all costumed children at 3 p.m.
