Yonkers Avenue Reopening: The long-awaited reopening of Yonkers Avenue in Tuckahoe will take place on Monday.

Board of Architectural Review: 7:30 p.m. The Scarsdale Board of Architectural Review will evaluate proposed changes to residential and commercial properties. 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale.

Board of Education: 8 p.m. The Scarsdale Board of Education will meet for the first time in 2013. 1057 White Plains Road, Scarsdale.

Scrabble Workshop: 9:30 a.m. The JCC of Mid-Westchester will host a workshop with three-time national Scrabble champion Joe Edley to help improve Scrabble and Words With Friends play. $25. 999 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale.
