SCARSDALE, N.Y. – A workshop on willpower, a night of the Sabbath song, wine tasting and an anniversary party are among the events scheduled in Scarsdale this weekend.

Friday, Jan. 25

Mother Goose for Tots: 9:30 a.m. This program of songs, rhymes and books is designed for children up to age 2. Scarsdale Library, 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Willpower Workshop: 10:30 a.m. Dr. Caren Baruch-Feldman will help Scarsdale residents keep their New Year’s Resolutions by using the latest research in the field. 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Legomania! : 2 to 4 p.m. The Scarsdale Public Library will have Legos and Duplos available for young children to build anything their imagination dreams up. 54 Olmsted Road, Scarsdale.

Organic, From Kitchen to Vineyard: 7:30 p.m. There will be a food tasting paired with a variety of wines. $49. 10 Palmer Ave., Scarsdale.

Shabbat Shirah: 7:45 p.m. The Westchester Reform Temple’s annual Shabbat Shirah will feature Rabbi Dario Feiguin and musicians from his synagogue in Buenos Aires. 255 Mamaroneck Road, Scarsdale.

Wine tasting : 8 p.m. The Bronxville Women’s Club has been chosen as the only location for a wine tasting musical. Audience members will be a part of the play as they see, swirl, smell and sip six different wines. $20. 135 Midland Ave., Bronxville.
