Meet the JCC of Mid-Westchester personal trainers:

Cathy Florakis

Florakis is a Nationally Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise). She is a senior fitness specialist and a graduate of Focus Personal Training Institute in Manhattan. 

Susan Horn

Horn is a personal trainer certified by AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America). She is a lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast, who was inspired to become a trainer by “Buns of Steel” star Tamilee Webb. This is her 15th year working at the JCC.

Saskia Mossel

Mossel is a personal trainer certified by AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America). Born in the Netherlands, she is now proudly an American citizen. Saskia is a certified Schwinn indoor spinning instructor. She specializes in strength training, fitness testing assessment, core training, exercising for chronic disabilities, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Sadari Neville

Neville is the personal training and group fitness coordinator at the JCC. She is also an equestrian and a dancer. She’s been a group fitness professional and personal trainer for more than seven years, at facilities including Crunch and Healthy Fit, and is certified through several organizations including AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and Beach Body Fitness(Insanity).

Dierdre Pachon

Pachon has been a personal trainer certified by AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) since 1992. She enjoys motivating her clients to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Joseph Rega

Rega is certified by Expert Rating, and has worked at the JCC for over one year. For the past 20 years, he educated himself on nutrition and methods of training. Rega has worked with both adults and adolescents, designing programs to help clients reach their fitness goals safely and efficiently.

Fitness/health member rates are one session for $85, five sessions for $375 and 10 sessions for $700.

Non fitness/health member rates are one session for $105, five sessions for $475 and 10 sessions for $900.
