WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. This sweet, senior black lab mix came in as a stray about a year ago. Tipsy is almost completely blind. All she wants is a warm home for her golden years. She is mellow but still enjoys romping around playing here and there! She'd do best in a quiet home with older kids.
