The $6.7 million, 87-acre estate on Seeley Road features views of mountains from both the Catskills and Hudson Valley as well as a guest cottage and waterfall and is owned by former Toys 'R' Us CEO John Eyler and his wife Gail, who filed the lawsuit against Miller, the report said.

The 73-year-old Miller was denied a $3.35 million mortgage loan after the house was valued at $4.3 million, less than two-thirds of the price in the agreement, according to the report.

Miller's Steve Miller Band is known for the 1976 hit "Fly Like an Eagle."
