X20 Xaviar's On The Hudson in Yonkers: Owned by award-winning chef Peter X. Kelly, X20 is a well known staple of the county's fine dining scene. Harvest on Hudson in Hastings: Situated right on the Hudson River as the name might suggest, Harvest on Hudson serves farm-to-table authentic Italian cuisine. It also has a number of options for outdoor dining. Whether you find yourself sitting on the sunlit patio, enjoying an romantic meal in the vegetable garden, or simply at the outdoor bar enjoying a fresh cocktail, you're guaranteed to get some rays. Red Hat on the River in Irvington: The exposed brick, tall windows, lofty ceilings and sweeping views at this Irvington institution are perfect for a breath of fresh air after a long, grey winter. If you're really looking to experience the view, however, the rooftop lounge is the place for you. The French-inspired menu features delicious options like mussels, pork chops, short rib and scallops. 1 Bridge Street.

Bridge View Tavern in Sleepy Hollow: Who says something as casual as grabbing a beer and wings with friends can't be done on the waterfront? The Bridge View Tavern offers, as it is named, beautiful views of the Tappan Zee Bridge and the Hudson River below. The menu sports savory barbecue, seafood, pub classics and even the Tavern's own twist on a Cuban sandwich and Louisiana Po'Boy. The bar features 18 beers on tap, along with a four beer growler fill. Mondays are half-priced wings days, while Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved for $4 pints of select beers. 226 Beekman Avenue.
