Renée Cohen, instructor and chef of CuisineArts, which offers cooking classes in Mamaroneck, suggests putting together a frittata. Just add Parmesan cheese and vegetables (if you have) and bake at 375 degrees F, until set. Enjoy with hot chocolate, tea or coffee and enjoy while the snow falls.
