Winners Announced For Scarsdale's Snowman Contest

SCARSDALE, N.Y. - The Scarsdale Recreation Department announced the winners of the 2017 Snowman Contest on Monday.

The Weinberg-Barro family won the Grand Prize for their creation "Day at the Beach in February."

The department received more than 20 entries for the contest. The Grand Prize for Best Overall went to the Weinberg-Barro family for its "Day at the Beach in February" snowman creation.

The other winners included the Glik family (Best Animal), the Borg family (Best Traditional Snowman), the Sayed Vasavada family (Most Comical), the Chen family (Most Creative), the Flicker family (Most Adorable), and the Janksy family (Best Theme).

All of the winners and their snowman creations are posted at the Scarsdale Recreation Department's website.
