Scarsdale Elects Members To Citizens Nominating Committee

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Scarsdale residents elected 13 members to the Citizens Nominating Committee, the group that will help determine who will run for village trustee and village justice in March.

Candidates endorsed by the committee usually run unopposed.

The new members, elected on Tuesday, were determined by elementary school boundaries.

Elected were Eric G. Cheng and David J. Peck on behalf of Edgewood; Madelaine Eppenstein, Brian Nottage and Eve P. Steinberg on behalf of Fox Meadow; Michelle Sterling and Jeannette Sloan Warner on behalf of Greenacres; Charles Baltman, Jeffrey L. Goodwin and Lauren Myers Mintzer on behalf of Heathcote; and David Dembitzer, Michael Gorelick and Nancy Steinberg on behalf of Quaker Ridge.
