SCARSDALE, N.Y. The Scarsdale Teen Center is seeking community members who support the mission of a safe, alcohol- and drug-free place for teens to join the facility's Adult Board.
Responsibilities of the Adult Board include community relations; setting policy; promoting community-driven programming and publicity; overseeing facility, fiscal and legal management; and fundraising.
The Scarsdale Teen Center, at 862 Scarsdale Ave., provides activities, events, and a place to gather and socialize to middle and high school teens who live in Scarsdale and attend Scarsdale public schools or any private school. The center is in its 13th year of operation.
