Their obligation was to volunteer 30 hours per week performing various duties. Besides spreading wood chips, the students also used logs and branches to line the trails. They also got first hand knowledge on what it takes to operate a nature center and the work involved providing the care for animals.
Olivia McKay and Rohan Hawkins are headed for universities in Southern California. Jake Debono and Max Bryant are headed to universities in upstate New York.
