White Plains-Based Westchester Children’s Association Makes Staff Moves

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The Westchester Children’s Association recently hired one new staff member and promoted two of its current employees.

Maureen Natkin, of Irvington, recently joined the children’s advocacy organization as its development and administrative assistant. Natkin earned a master’s degree in international affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington D.C.

Anna Wright, of Mount Vernon, was promoted to the role of research and communications associate. She will work closely with the organization’s “Children by the Numbers” blog. Wright graduated from Houghton College in upstate New York and during her studies she completed an internship with a community center in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Greenburgh resident Sarah Yergeau was promoted to the role of program and policy associate. She spent nine months working at a Uganda health clinic before joining the Westchester Children’s Association staff in 2012. Yergeau is a graduate of Union College, in Schenectady, N.Y.
