Accident Backs Up Traffic On I-287 In Greenburgh

This story has been updated at 10:30 a.m.  GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- An accident on I-287 near Exits 4 and 5 in Greenburgh was tying up eastbound traffic on Tuesday morning around 9:30 a.m.

The crash was reportedly cleared just before 10:30 a.m.

Another accident was reported southbound on I-87 at the Tappan Zee Bridge, according to the New York State Thruway.  It appeared to be cleared around 10 a.m.

The State Thruway could not give an estimated time of how long the delays would take.
