PELHAM, N.Y. -- Bistro Rollin fans will need to visit the restaurant soon before the restaurant closes for good on Monday, just one month shy of seven years after opening June 9, 2009.

The restaurant has been purchased by Florio Rugova, the longtime manager of La Fontanella in Pelham, and Guy Sansone, Chris Fink and Stacey Gaine, all residents of Pelham.

The new group plans to open a new restaurant under the name Jordan Hall 10803.

"We are sure the tradition of great food and hospitality that Bistro Rollin has established will continue and grow. Frankly, although we knew we needed an exit strategy, we had not begun to think about selling the restaurant," said owners Barbara and Arthur Bratone. "We thoroughly enjoyed the creative challenge of establishing and building a successful business, and there is something both basic and very special about hosting and feeding people."

The Bratones said when they were approached to sell, they thought long and hard before making the decision. "In the end, it was, quite simply, time," they added.

The couple said they will miss the relationships and treasure the experiences at the restaurant over the years.

"It is good to go out on a high note, and we must admit that it is very gratifying to have been selected this month as one of the Ten Best Contemporary French/American restaurants in the New York Tri-State Area by OpenTable diners," they said. "We are very grateful your fantastic support over these past seven years."
