Garth Road Store Owners Still Without Heat, Gas, Hot Water

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Several business owners on Garth Road in Scarsdale have been without heat, gas and hot water for over a week, according to News 12 Westchester.

The landlord reportedly told owners that a main gas line leak is the culprit for the disruption in service and that ConEd needs to fix the problem. The eight store owners that are affected have said all the landlord has done is provide space heaters, News 12 Westchester reported.
