The event will offer seasonal fare from local bakeshops, wineries and restaurants, featuring dinner and wine tasting. Eateries will promote locally grown products, appetizers and meals.
Dinner will be served on the Great Lawn, where the organizers will set-up outdoor tables, chairs and tents. Wineries from the Hudson Valley region will offer their award winning wines to the guests.
Participants can walk around the different booths that feature restaurants and wineries, with a chance to speak with restaurant owners, chefs and wine makers. There will also be GNC staff and interns to answer questions about the programs of Greenburgh Nature Center.
Participating businesses include Harper's, Meritage Restaurant, Saint George Bistro, Pearl River Pastry, Riviera Bakehouse, Vintology Wine & Spirits, Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery, Hilltop Hanover Farm, Whole Foods Yonkers and Imagine Candy.
Greenburgh Nature Center is a 33-acre nature preserve that features gardens, lawns, woodlands, orchards, ponds and trails. The area is a significant habitat and wildlife refuge for hundreds of indigenous species and migratory birds.
Tickets are $100 for members and $150 for non-members. Registrations can be done on GNC's website by clicking the "Farm to Table" web page. GNC is located at 99 Dromore Road, Scarsdale, New York.
