Harrison Roads Receive More Than $170,000 In State Aid

The money, part of the state's Consolidated Highway Improvements Funds (CHIPS), will be an increase over what the city received last year.

Harrison will get $172,453.01. That's an increase of $38,073.08 or 28.33 percent from last year, said state Sen. George Latimer (D-Rye).

The Village of Mamaroneck will receive $237,701.10, which is $49,353.15 more than last year. Port Chester will get $215,021.43, an increase from last year of $45,267.11.

Rye Brook is receiving  $73,781.95, or $11,741.63 more than last year.
