WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Hutchinson River Parkway ramp to I-287 has reopened after an accident Monday evening.
The 7:30 p.m. accident at Exit 26E reportedly involved a car and a tree and led to the closure of the ramp for nearly two hours.
