SCARSDALE, N.Y. - Scarsdale Village work crews were out on the streets Tuesday cleaning up in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

Village Hall was open, with a skeleton crew on hand.

Businesses downtown near the railroad station were still closed Tuesday morning.
