The suit filed by Brad and Amy Frishberg says errant golf balls hit from the club's second tee are landing in their yard and hitting their roof and that the club needs to build a barrier between the course and their property, LoHud.com reported.

The two properties used to have trees that helped prevent golf balls from landing in the Frishbergs' yard, but a 2008 storm caused some of them to fall. The Frishbergs claim they have made several complaints to the golf club, but nothing has been done to remedy the situation, LoHud.com said.
